Training and consultancy – terms of service

All client-site training, training courses (whether conducted at our Head Office, remote training facilities or client-sites), and other training or consultancy days (whether conducted at our Head Office, remote training facilities or client-sites) are undertaken under the same set of guidelines.

A "day" typically runs from 10:00am until 4:30pm with one hour for lunch (although we can usually be flexible with these times - please seek confirmation prior to booking).

We do not typically charge for travel or subsistence expenses for mainland UK.  For details of outside the mainland UK - please contact us.

Once chargeable time has been booked – such as for training, installation or consultancy - there may be a penalty for cancellations.

For cancellations more than one week prior to the commencement date will charge any expenses (if any) that have been incurred in booking travel or accommodation directly to the client and will provide receipts. 

Cancellations from one week up to 24 hours prior to the commencement date, we will charge for half a day, plus any expenses incurred (if any) in booking travel or accommodation.

Cancellations from 24 hours to commencement will result in a full day being charged, plus any expenses incurred (if any) in booking travel or accommodation.

We make these terms clear and believe they are reasonable; they enable us to operate with smaller overheads which is reflected in our pricing policy.
