Sales and Account Management: understanding prospective client and current client needs from working directly in the not-for-profit sector.



Sales Manager, David Jones, has extensive experience of the sector with specialist knowledge of donor development and direct marketing. Previously Nicola Payne, Sales Adviser, worked for a national charity, including managing their database procurement process and roll out. Account Managers help clients maximise the potential of IRIS Donor Strategy. Charlotte Pike has worked in a variety of roles at IRIS Donor Strategy and knows the company and the product well.
Development: keeping our software on the cutting edge of client needs.


Development Manager, Jo Beaven, leads our development team and has worked with the software since its origins. His drive is to keep the functionality highly relevant and client-interface the easiest to use on the market. Dmitri and Chris add more technical passion to IRIS Donor Strategy, whilst Tom Haigh and Jamie Dowding focus on integrated web technologies.


Product Management: managing the Roadmap for IRIS Donor Strategy

Product Manager, Tony Davey, has over 12 years experience in the NFP sector and brings both technical and customer facing qualities to the role.
Training: empowering our clients to make the most of their investment. Stuart Chivers heads our training and implementation team, who, with Russell Anderson-Williams and Beverley Davidson, deliver a range of quality training programmes for new and existing clients. Stuart is evolving our approach to training and brings his passion for blended learnings. Professional Services: implementing our software while keeping client needs central Professional Services Manager, Paul Brennan brings technical expertise and extensive sector insight to the Professional Services team. Implementation Consultant, Pete Bailey, works with clients to set up the front-end of their database according to specific needs. Les Brooks ensures data conversions run smoothly.




Support: delivering consistently positive, practical and clear advice.
The support team is headed up by Debbie Nevin who works closely with Mat Jenkins, and Ian Howlett to ensure that our excellent service levels are maintained. We have great working relationships with all our clients and strive to support every client to the highest level. Matthew Stanton supports all the internal IT requirements to keep things running smoothly.
