Founder and Managing Director of Donor Strategy:

Jonathan Air, Founder and Managing Director, strategically aligns the business in response to our growing and varied client base. He ensures we continue to deliver excellence and exceed client expectations on every level.
Sales: understanding prospective client needs from working directly in the not-for-profit sector.

Sales Manager, David Jones, has extensive experience of the sector with specialist knowledge of donor development and direct marketing. Senior Consultant, Paul Brennan, is one of the original members of the team. He brings technical expertise and extensive sector insight to the sales team, and continues to serve in a consultancy role for clients. Previously Nicola Payne, Sales Adviser, worked for a national charity, including managing their database procurement process and roll out.
Marketing and Communications: reaching new organisations to join the Donor Strategy community, whilst staying in-tune with the sector.

Louise Eagle, Marketing and Communications Manager, is an expert in fundraising planning, corporate partnerships and events. Her passions are strategy and branding. Michelle Silvestre is a technology graduate and contributes to emarketing and evolving the online aspects of Donor Strategy.
Account Management: keeping client happiness central to Donor Strategy.

With over 14 years fundraising management and agency experience, Account Manager, David Walwin, relates initimately with our diverse client base to ensure they get the most from Donor Strategy. Charlotte Pike, Account Executive, brings outstanding customer service to the team.
Development: keeping our software on the cutting edge of client needs.

Development Manager, Jo Beaven, leads our development team and has worked with the software since its origins. His drive is to keep the functionality highly relevant and client-interface the easiest to use on the market. Dmitri and Sean add more technical passion to Donor Strategy, whilst Tom Haigh and Phil Reeks focus on integrated web technologies.

Support: delivering consistently positive, practical and clear advice.
The support team is headed up by Debbie Nevin who works closely with Alex Marsh, Lisa Parris and Floyd Powers to ensure that our excellent service levels are maintained. We have great working relationships with all our clients and strive to support every client to the highest level. Lawrence supports all the internal IT requirements to keep things running smoothly. Training and Implementation: empowering our clients to make the most of their investment. Stuart Chivers heads our training and implementation team, who, with Russell Williams and Alastair Kendall, deliver a range of quality training programmes for new and existing clients. Stuart is evolving our approach to training and brings his passion for blended learnings. As Project Manager, Cliff Woolley, is a dedicated point of contact for new clients and communicates progress at each stage. Installation Consultant, Pete Bailey, works with clients to set up the front-end of their database according to specific needs. Les Brooks ensures data conversions run smoothly. 








David Hynds, as Operations Manager, brings a wide range of commercial and business experience to the team. Keeping the business in order, Madge Dobson is an outstanding administrator and is always keen to help. Gill Clark brings extensive accounting experience to the organisation. Sheron Fielding, Office Manager, brings a wealth of experience to the team.
