IRIS launch integrated finance and CRM solution for the not-for-profit community to unite teams and boost performance

IRIS, the UK's largest privately owned software and services provider, launches integrated finance and CRM solution for the not-for-profit community to unite teams and boost performance
Today IRIS NFP Solutions is launching ‘IRIS Exchequer NFP Edition'. This latest product innovation meets the increasing demand for smaller not-for-profit organisations to have best-of-breed finance software that fully integrates with a sector specific CRM solution.
The historic segregation of Finance Departments and Membership Management or Fundraising Teams has been underpinned by these functions using separate software packages. Many smaller to medium sized not-for-profit organisations expose themselves to the possibility of error by not having any integration between their finance system and CRM database, which can lead to inconsistent results and the inability to perform complete statistical analysis or interrogate complete data sets.
IRIS Exchequer NFP Edition is a finance management package designed specifically for growing charities and membership associations. It links seamlessly to the specialist CRM, fundraising and membership management systems offered by IRIS. By combining the IRIS Exchequer NFP Edition with an IRIS CRM solution, organisations will see significant time and cost savings by sharing key real-time financial data; such as posting expenditure to events or campaigns and recording donations and subscriptions.
Paul Sparkes, Product Director of IRIS Accounting & Business Solutions, comments: "Live data not traditionally shared between systems due to technical limitations will be available so financial reporting can be enhanced and supplemented by figures from the CRM system, ensuring an accurate and consistent understanding of income and expenditure and affording accurate budgetary controls."
Charles Bagnall, Head of Product Management at IRIS NFP Solutions, continues: "By using this integrated offering from IRIS, membership, fundraising and finance departments will all benefit from software designed specifically for their requirements. The sharing of appropriate information will reduce duplication of effort and errors caused by data entry into separate systems. We are delighted to bring the strong brand of IRIS Exchequer into this arena to help boost the performance of not-for-profit organisations."
