New Clients

Since July we have continued further steady growth and can welcome both Tools for Self Reliance and Sweet Charity, among others, to the Donor Strategy community.

Sarah Fitzer, Fundraising and Events Manager at Sweet Charity, said: ‘…I have long been looking for a cost effective database that will combine the details and contact history of our supporters, with the data required for running events.  I am very much looking forward to being able to have one system in place for everyone to use to rather than having data recorded on…spreadsheets.’

New placement students

Since 2005, Donor Strategy has been committed to taking on and working with IT placement students. In August we wished Sean Sutton, Phil Reeks and Lawrence Matthews good luck for the future and welcomed three new placement students. Matthew Stanton joins us in the role of Internal IT from the University of Plymouth where he is studying Computer Systems and Networks. Jamie Dowding joins us as a Web Designer from the University of Plymouth where he is studying Multimedia Production and Technologies. Chris Wormall joins us from University West of England, where he is studying Computing, in the role of Software Tester.
