Meet the team Mat Jenkins - Support Analyst

Mat Jenkins has recently joined Donor Strategy as a Support Analyst. He has extensive experience for the role, having worked in client facing services with fundraising and welfare software for the past eight years.

“The interaction with the clients on a daily basis and building up close working relationships with each of those clients, especially as each one is an exceptional organisation that do outstanding work.”

“I am currently working closely with our Support Manager, Debbie Nevin, on restructuring and rebuilding the knowledge base. This feels like a huge task as there is so much information and so many useful articles to organise! ”

Outside of the office, Mat is committed to working with the Air Training Corps, one of the largest charitable youth organisations in the UK. He currently holds the position of Commanding Officer of 2342 (Innsworth) Squadron ATC and his responsibilities include promoting and encouraging a practical interest in aviation and the Royal Air Force to the 40 cadets in his squadron.

Fish and ships!

Back in August the Donor Strategy team took a trip on the Matthew, a replica of the boat John Cabot sailed from Bristol to America 500 years ago, around the Bristol docks. Although the weather was extremely wet, the team had an enjoyable three hours aboard the ship which included some very nice fish and chips!
