Events: A thorough, task-orientated investigation of the events module. Delegates will learn how to assign roles and locations; mange ticket allocations and run associated reports.  

Reporting Masterclass: Aimed at experienced users, this course will enable you to create custom filters and sophisticated reports. Delegates will gain a deeper understanding of how the database works and how to get the most out of it.

Receipts: Focusing on the Finance module, this course begins with adding receipts and proceeds to look at batching, claiming and the management of regular payments. Suitable for new and experienced users.

Courses will be held in London or Oxford, depending on demand.
