Meet Account Manager, Charlotte Pike Charlotte Pike at Race For Life

Charlotte has been with the company for nearly three years. Initially in ‘Special Projects’ her role was very broad. Showing exceptional people-skills and dedication, Charlotte has chosen to progress along a client-facing route.  She has blossomed in her role in the Account Management Team. Established last year, Account Managers help clients make the most of Donor Strategy and provide a consistent point of contact.

‘Working with the clients! My role in the Account Management Team makes me feel I’m making a real difference within each of the organisations we serve. A close second would be working with the Donor Strategy team.’

‘There are many: when I feel that we have really helped a client get the most of Donor Strategy it is something I celebrate. It was a big day to be involved with the annual conference within my new role and really enjoyed meeting the clients. I generally feel proud to work at Donor Strategy.’

‘As we have grown at a steady pace, new departments have been created to manage some of the activities I used to be involved with. It can be hard to let some things go. Our Managing Director, Jonathan, has been a great mentor and really encourages me to grow and take on new challenges constantly!’

Charlotte is a very active Christian, singing in her church band and helping at the YMCA. As many of the team Charlotte is also a keen skier.
