Latest news

Annual conference: the day was a real success, with over a quarter of clients attending. The agenda aimed to enhance the DS community, deliver best practice insights and offer expert fundraising advice. Photos and speaker presentations are here.

v4 update: roll out of v4 continues to progress - new clients are going straight onto the latest version and more v3 users have entered the test environment phase. An upgrade hand-holder pack will be issued. Read more here.

Website login changes: we are pleased that the company website is now running on Web Connect - our own online module. This links to our internal use of IRIS Donor Strategy. Usernames have changed to email addresses and new passwords have been issued. If you are having problems michelle.silvestre@iris.co.uk can quickly help.

Training

Income and donation management: an open course for all users who deal with funds is being delivered on 25th June in London - good value training with client networking opportunities. Please register early. More details are here. 

Russell runs for Jessie May: to understand the dynamics of fundraising, we encourage the team to fundraise. Trainer, Russell Williams, recently ran the Bath Marathon for a local client that touched his heart. Read his account here.

Account management

Data health check and spring clean: there is still time to book in your data for an annual cleanse and invigoration. This includes a Gift Aid scan, address check, de-dupe and more.

Support

Movers: after nearly two years in the Support Team, Alex Marsh moved to the Royal College of Nursing as Database Analyst. Well done Alex! Ian Howlett returns to help in this department and Cayne Andrew will also be on hand over the next few months.

Customer satisfaction survey: to help us benchmark and improve our customer service, we will be shortly issuing an annual survey. Feedback about our service is always welcomed by the Account Management team.
