DS ezine - March 2008 - Insider

Meet the team: this edition we meet Sheron Fielding, our new Office Manager. Sher joined the team five months ago to help with new business sales and oversee the office move. She has considerable office and database management experience, including working on contracts for the MOD. Helping keep the organisation’s processes streamlined will be part of Sher’s remit, as well as managing the new conference facilities.

In this video, Sher talks passionately about wanting to join the Donor Strategy team and make a difference to the charity sector. Sher is married with a son and two Siamese cats. She loves keeping healthy, walking and photography.

We are delighted Nikki Payne is now back as Sales Assistant. Nikki has worked at a national charity. Here she was involved with their database procurement process and roll out.

More survey success

A major IT survey has been released which, again, shows that Donor Strategy stand out as a popular supplier. The results of the annual ‘Software Satisfaction Survey’ appear in the February 2008 edition of Professional Fundraising Magazine.

Donor Strategy came top in value for money, and our client recommendation rate remains high at 96%. Donor Strategy also scored exceptionally well in all other categories including ease of use, functionality and knowledge of the sector. This is a fantastic follow-up to our success in the ‘Voluntary Sector IT Survey’ last May. Please follow this link to read more about this survey.

We are very proud of Donor Strategy’s success in the major, sector IT surveys. It is testament to all of the Donor Strategy team’s hard work and our strong relationship with clients.
