Call for case studies: a leading sector magazine is asking us for technology based case studies. Please email louise.eagle@iris.co.uk if you would like her to write a neutral case study on your use of IT. This is a great way to promote your cause and share best practice with the sector.

User roadshow: from this autumn, we are planning a series of regional events to encourage clients to network and maximise the potential of IRIS Donor Strategy at their organisation. More news will follow.

Customer satisfaction: we are finalising our annual customer satisfaction survey and our complaints process - to be launched in the next few months. We are also revamping our Product Steering Group with the introduction of a Product Evolution Template (PET). This can be used by all stakeholders - including clients.
