If you are expanding your team or wish to invest in new skills, there are three open training courses coming up soon. Below are dates and a summary of the benefits for attending.

• 31/01/2008 - User Introduction: great for beginners

• 20/02/2008 - Events: feel confident about total event management

• 12/03/2008 - Reporting Masterclass: for the more proficient user

User Introduction: a day-long introduction to the database, beginning with basic usability and proceeding through all major sections. The course provides an ideal foundation for the novice, and a chance for more experienced users to confirm their understanding and share best practice.

Events: a thorough, task-orientated investigation of the events module. Delegates will learn how to assign roles and locations; mange ticket allocations and run associated reports.  

Reporting Masterclass: aimed at experienced users, this course will enable you to create custom filters and sophisticated reports. Delegates will gain a deeper understanding of how the database works and how to get the most out of it.
Courses will be held in London or Oxford, depending on demand.
