Simon FowlerMeet the team – Simon Fowler, Managing Director IRIS NFP Solutions

Simon’s career in Not for Profit technology is fuelled by a true passion for the sector. His level-headed approach to managing growth is complimented by his contagious drive and determination.

Simon joined Minerva Computer Systems in 1988 as a Consultant and worked his way up to Managing Director. Minerva was acquired by Systems Team in 2003 and Simon became a Director, primarily responsible for the Charities Division and Sales & Marketing.  When Systems Team was acquired by CS Group in 2004, Simon took a place on the CS Group Board and was appointed Managing Director of the NFP Division in 2005. After the merger with IRIS, Simon became Managing Director of the IRIS NFP Division. Simon has more than twelve years’ experience working directly in the NFP sector.

Simon lives in the country with his young family. He enjoys sailing and rugby, and adores dogs; especially Pointers and Labradors.

For this year’s Children In Need, the office decided to raise some money by having a silly headwear day! A total of £52.50 was raised by everyone paying for the privilege of looking silly while working. A big thank you to Nicola Payne for organising the day and to all who took part.
